To Turkmenistan for contracts

In 2011 Turkmenistan marked twenty years of independence, and the last year results showed the GDP growth rate made up 114.7 percent and the construction and building industry growth rate – 112.5 percent in particular.
Today hundreds of different projects are being realized in Turkmenistan: housing communities, facilities of industrial and road-and-transport infrastructure, projects in the sphere of health and culture, sports and recreation facilities.
In 2011 alone there were erected 114 community facilities, 1109 kilometers of water and 1782,5 kilometers of gas pipelines were laid, 848,7 kilometers roads and 980,6 kilometers of power lines, as well as 653,5 thousand m2 of housing were built.
The indispensable condition of realization of the large-scale construction programme is high-quality work in constructing new facilities, their compliance with modern international standards, and accurate selection of contractors.
In 2012 the Ashgabat exhibition palace “Sergi Kosgi”will gather participants of two exhibitions with participation both for domestic and the world's leading construction companies, those intending to develop mutually beneficial partnerships, to participate actively in the implementation large-scale urban development programs deployed in our country and to develop the building sector of Turkmenistan as well.
 From April 18 to April 21 2012, the 11th International Universal exhibition “City Forum – Ashgabat 2012” where participants will demonstrate modern, technology intensive projects and products in the sphere of urban development, energy supply, telecommunications and computer technologies, healthcare, ecology and other aspects of the city economy. On August 23-25, 2012 the 4th International exhibition “Turkmen Construction 2012” and scientific conference “Development of Construction Industry of Turkmenistan” will become a platform for exchange of opinions and meeting place of the leaders of the construction industry. The exhibition participants are going to exhibit the best advantages of their companies which could result in making certain contracts and projects shortly.Participation in the exhibitions gives an opportunity to get unbaised information about the state and prospects of the construction sector of Turkmenistan, to present modern developments and projects of using the world science and production achievements and technologies in the field.
